What happens when my documents expire?
If the documents expire, they will be deactivated in our system. This means that until we receive the renewed documents, your Uber Freight account will remain inactive.
How can I submit my renewed documents?
Uber Freight keeps track of the expiry dates of your Cargo liability Coverage and Transport Cargo License. We’ll send you an email notification 4 weeks prior to the expiration date of the document in question.
In order to submit your renewed documents, you should send an email to freight-onboarding-eu@uber.com with the renewed Cargo liability Coverage or Transport Cargo License attached.
